This event is for current and assistant TD's from Season 2 2019/20 at NJ Central, West, and North bars only (2 max per bar) to reward their hard work all season long! The winner receives the TD Smackdown trophy and a Party & Poker Access Pass to OPEN 27 this May!

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 22nd

10:00am: Doors Open for Registration

Regional Championships are for qualified players only. You must be 21 years of age or older to play. Please have your photo ID with you.

11:00am: All In or Fold Big Points Tournament

Warm up for Regionals with this always fun event. You only have two choices: you're all in, or you fold - for BIG NATIONAL POINTS!

11:30am: Last Chance Tournament

The Top 10% move on to the Regional Championships! Only those who have played 5 games in participating venues this past season and have yet to qualify can play.

1:45pm: Announcements and Awards

2:00pm: Regional Championship Tournament

This is what you've waited for! The Top 10% of the field moves on to the National Championship Finals at OPEN 27 this May. 15-minute breaks will occur after every two blind levels.

5:00pm: Dinner Break (One Hour)

The menu for food items will be announced at the venue.

6:00pm: Regionals Re-Start

6:00pm: Tag Team Big Points Tournament

Always a popular event, join a friend and compete for BIG prizes to be announced. Tag Team registration will occur at Regional Registration and will be available when you get knocked out. HUGE National points will be stake!

Side games may take place when enough players are available. Check with your TD if you get knocked out.

Prizes awarded at this Regional Championship include:

1st place: $300 Hotel Reimbursement, $200 travel money, 2 Party & Poker Access Passes to OPEN 27.

2nd place: $300 Hotel Reimbursement, 2 Party & Poker Access Passes to OPEN 27.

3rd place: $300 Hotel Reimbursement, 1 Party & Poker Access Pass to OPEN 27.

4th place: 2 Party & Poker Access Passes to OPEN 27

​

5th, 6th, 7th, 8th place: 1 Party & Poker Access Pass to OPEN 27.

The Top 10% of the player field earn seats to National Championship Finals at OPEN 27.

NOTE: $300 Hotel Reimbursement is redeemable only by contacting John Martin after Regionals, and only by the winning player at the OPEN. Travel money is payable only at OPEN registration, and only to the winning player.
