As a condition of participating in the World Tavern Poker OPEN (the “Event”) and in consideration for being permitted to participate in the Event, you (the “Entrant”) agree to release, discharge indemnify and hold harmless World Tavern Entertainment, LLC (collectively the “Host”), and their respective affiliates, business partners and all their affiliates, and each of their respective agents, representatives, officers, managers, directors, members, shareholders and employees (the “Hosts’ Affiliates”), from and against any injuries, losses (personal property, monetary or otherwise), gambling losses or winnings, damages, claims, actions and any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from participation in the Event. The Event may include activities such as, but not be limited to, poker tournaments and/or games, parties, and other activities associated with the Event and this Liability Release shall be in effect for all such affiliated activities.
 

As a condition of participating in the World Tavern Poker OPEN (the “Event”) and in consideration for being permitted to participate in the Event, you also agree to hereby waive and release all rights to the use of any and all photographs, videos, movies, or television coverage of yourself or your likeness taken or made at any time during, by, or in connection with the Event for the purposes set forth herein, and acknowledge and confirm that all such likenesses and photographs shall be the sole property of the Hosts, free of all claims by you, and may in any manner be used, published, displayed, dealt in, and/or copyrighted by Hosts and/or their successors and assigns, or by any other person or business entity authorized by Hosts, without any restriction or limitation whatsoever, for the marketing and promotion of future events of Hosts.

 

This agreement is binding upon your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. You acknowledge this agreement is governed by the applicable laws of the State of Nevada. If any provision of this Release is held in whole or in part to be unenforceable for any reason, the remainder of that provision and of the entire Release will be severable and remain in effect.
