Happy Monday everyone!

We are excited to announce that World Tavern Poker venues, players, and TD’s helped to donate nearly 20,000 canned food items and toys to area food banks and shelters over the past few months during the dual Toys & Cans for Chips promotion.

AMAZING JOB TO ALL OF YOU FOR SUCH AN AMAZING JOB!

That brings our total over the past six years to well over 100,000 items being donated. Just think about that folks – 100,000+ items is a lot of much-needed help all across the country.

THANK YOU ALL!!! This is truly one of the BEST things about our league and we cannot thank you enough for such awesome support every holiday season.

We thank the venues that submitted their totals as part of our Access Pass contest for OPEN 2026. Obviously, this is not the main point of this promotion, but we’re happy to reward 10 of the venues that took part through a randomized drawing.

Remember, every venue that submitted received 1 entry for every 75 canned items donated, and 1 entry for every 25 toys donated. These venues can award the Access Pass to their TD or decide to award it to a player at a future game.
