Good morning everyone!
With the new website launch, we have also updated a lot of the security features. This means that BOTH USERNAME AND PASSWORD ARE CASE SENSITIVE!
So if you are having trouble logging in, be sure to make sure you are using the correct case for each letter in your username AND password.
You can also use the FORGOT PASSWORD function to reset your password, if needed.
