Can I transfer my Package to another player?
Yes. Simply give them the Prize Certificate and they will order the package using their details and the Code provided. Any Nationals Qualification IS NOT transferrable, however.

Can I use this for a different National Event?
No. Unfortunately, this must be used for OPEN 2026 in Las Vegas.

Can I select my room type?
In a limited amount, yes. We will be adding hotel redemptions to the Orleans system later this year. Requests can be made (first come, first served) - but ONLY to us. We will let everyone know when requests can be made.

October 31st to November 5th, 2026.

What are the dates of a 3-night Hotel Redemption stay?
Monday, November 2nd (PM check-in) to Thursday, November 5th (AM check-out).

I Won 2 Passes but I am not sure who I am taking. What should I do?
If you will know soon, you can wait to redeem your prize. But if you aren't certain when you will know, you can enter your Name twice and just send us an email when you have your 2nd name (please do not wait until the event - however, if you must, you can have a name change done there).

I would like to extend my stay beyond the 3 Days I have won. What should I do?
Click on Redeem below and you will see an option to purchase an UPGRADED Package. You can use your Code towards that purchase and pay the difference.
Access Pass Packages FAQs
Can I transfer my Pass or Passes to another player?
